Having suffered with mental health issues over numerous years ourselves.

We know how hard it can be to pull yourself out of a never ending rut.

We stumbled upon the healing benefits of crystals and also know how rewarding the feeling was to watch and nurture plants grow.

This prompted us to create our simple and stylish grow your own crystal mason jars.
